Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a Greystar community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in process while maintaining resident satisfaction and renewals.

Responsibilities include inspections, marketing plan execution, and on-site software usage to track occupancy and traffic. A licensed driver and flexibility for schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and perform credit/background checks.
• Coordinate marketing plans to sustain occupancy and implement specials per policy.
• Maintain show units and ensure move-in readiness, including documentation and lease signing.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries and resolve issues.
• Execute lease renewals, prepare renewal letters, and contact renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
• Develop and implement local marketing activities to drive traffic and leasing activity.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software to maintain accurate records.
• Ensure show units are attractive and meet company standards for show quality.
