Greystar seeks a Leasing Consultant to execute the property’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies, aiming for occupancy, revenue and resident retention. You will be the primary contact for prospects, guiding them through tours, applications, and move-ins with professionalism and a strong understanding of the community’s offerings.

The role requires 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience, and proficiency with CRM and property management software.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant sales, marketing or customer service experience required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively to explain features and benefits.
• Comfort learning and using property management systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and process applications.
• Support lease renewals and manage resident relationships throughout the lease term.
• Coordinate with on-site teams to uphold community standards and occupancy goals.
