Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Overture Greenville in Greenville, SC. This role focuses on executing marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets, guiding prospective residents through the lease process with professionalism and a resident-focused mindset.

Responsibilities include lead management, tours, applications, credit checks, and collaborating with Lifestyle Coordinators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field.
• 1-3 years minimum of sales, marketing, internet and customer service experience to resolve issues and complete records.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; sell and explain features; process legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours; process applications; perform credit and background checks; prepare lease packages and move-in documentation.
• Follow up with prospects and residents within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease decisions.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic and occupancy; track data in on-site PMS and CRM.
• Assist with lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents before move-out dates to ensure timely signing.
