Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for leasing, retention, and occupancy for the community with a strong focus on resident satisfaction. You will greet visitors, qualify prospects, prepare move-in packages, and manage applications and deposits while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements include experience in customer service, strong communication skills in English (Spanish a plus), and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Fair Housing Certification if needed.
• Proficient with MS Office and Yardi software.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures.
• Update availability reports and handle applications for approval.
