Job summary

Valiant Residential in Florida is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction at our community. You will greet prospects, prepare lease paperwork, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in customer-facing roles, strong English communication, and the ability to work evenings/weekends. Fair Housing awareness and proficiency with property software like Yardi are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in customer service or leasing.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Fair Housing knowledge or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi).
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs.
• Process applications and deposits.
• Update availability reports and handle renewals.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Accept rental payments and route to management.
• Input lease data into Yardi accurately.
