Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing activity, manage applicant throughput, and promote resident satisfaction at our communities. You will greet prospects, prepare move-in packages, process applications, and maintain accurate records, while upholding fair housing and company standards.

This role requires strong English communication skills with a preference for Spanish bilingual capabilities, proficiency with Yardi and MS Office, and a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• English communication skills (verbal and written) with a plus for Spanish bilingual.
• Ability to follow policies, maintain records, and manage leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria; gather information.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease documentation.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards and reports.
• Inspect models and report service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications, credit checks, and rental history.
• Monitor renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Input lease data into Yardi accurately and timely.
