Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, retention, and occupancy for the community with a strong customer-service focus. You will greet prospects, prepare move-in paperwork, record interactions, and process applications to support occupancy goals.

Qualifications include experience with the public or sales, strong English communication, and willingness to obtain Fair Housing certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.
• Two years experience in previous relevant customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria (ask questions, use guest cards).
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits on reports and file guest cards per procedures.
• Inspect models and market-ready units and relay service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications, conduct credit checks and rental history reviews.
• Assist renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Monitor advertising effectiveness and gather market data.
