Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, retention, and occupancy while delivering excellent customer service. The role focuses on guest qualification, move-in paperwork, and accurate data entry in the Yardi System.

Responsibilities include processing applications, deposits, renewals, and maintaining market-ready units. A strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and compliance with Fair Housing is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria; collect guest cards.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits; ensure compliance with Fair Housing.
