Strong communication skills in English are required; bilingual Spanish is a plus. The role emphasizes resident satisfaction, professional representation, and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with the public or in sales.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Demonstrate ability to support and contribute to the community team.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by asking questions and using guest cards.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards and reports.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications, deposits, and approvals in line with procedures.
• Monitor renewals and assist with renewal notices.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
