AG Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and guide potential residents through the leasing process, driving occupancy and ensuring a positive first impression at our multi-family property.

The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and showcasing property features to prospects and residents while coordinating tours and leases in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• College degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Conduct property tours highlighting amenities, floor plans, and selling points.
• Process lease applications and conduct background checks.
• Input and maintain resident data in property management software.
• Assist with rent collection and lease renewals.
• Plan and coordinate resident events to foster community.
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activity.
