• Conduct property tours highlighting amenities and floor plans to convert leads into leases.
• Explain lease terms, applications, and move‑in details; process applications and background checks.
• Input and maintain resident and lease data in property management software; ensure accuracy.
• Assist with rent collection, delinquencies, and lease renewals; stay informed on property features.
