Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires regular on-site presence, greeting prospects, tours, and lease signings, with responsibilities including lead generation, follow-up, and maintaining accurate occupancy data.

The position emphasizes direct customer service, adherence to policies, and collaboration with the team to achieve leasing goals.

Qualifications

• On-site leasing and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills for leasing software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify visitors.
• Maintain leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing efforts to increase property traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Handle leasing paperwork and audits; support in turn processes and site upkeep.
