AG Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents find their home. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through move-in with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or customer service, leasing preferred.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing laws.
• Proficiency in property management software and CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Conduct property tours and highlight amenities, floor plans and selling points.
• Explain lease terms, application procedures, and move-in details.
• Input and maintain resident and lease data in property management software.
• Assist with rent collection and lease renewals.
• Coordinate resident events to foster a sense of community.
