AG Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and guide potential residents through the leasing process, ensuring a smooth move-in and a positive first impression. You will conduct property tours, explain lease terms, and coordinate not only applications but also renewals and community events.

In this role, you will stay informed about property features, collaborate with marketing for exposure, and maintain accurate records in our property management system.

Competenze

• Experience in sales, leasing, or real estate is preferred.
• Ability to explain lease terms and move-in details.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations.
• Ability to conduct property tours and highlight amenities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
