Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance and exceptional customer service are essential to success.

Responsibilities include showing properties, leasing, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate prospect data while executing marketing plans to drive traffic and meet leasing goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing functions to close sales, including appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits, tours, and turn processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support resident retention programs and ensure positive resident relations.
• Contribute to office upkeep and assist in implementing annual marketing plans.

Education
