Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will show units, qualify applicants, tour communities, and secure leases while maintaining strong customer service and data accuracy.

The role requires basic on-site software skills, familiarity with Fair Housing and OSHA standards, and the ability to respond quickly to leads. On-site attendance and a proactive, team-driven attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Regularly show, lease, tour, greet, qualify, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits and turnover.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and market surveys to drive property traffic and leasing outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and enforce community policies.
