Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. Regular on-site attendance is required, including greeting, qualifying, touring the community, and signing leases.

You will complete leasing paperwork, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and support resident retention programs. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws

Qualifications

• Experience in property leasing or sales favored.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices.
• Familiarity with on-site software or CRM systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease
• Conducts all leasing paperwork needed before move-in
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (e.g., events, promotions)
• Maintain thorough prospect traffic and leasing data, respond to leads within 24 hours
• Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals
• Review and assist in completing market survey/analysis to generate ideas and plans
