Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business/Marketing/Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, leasing, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects; greet and engage with visitors.
• Conduct property tours highlighting amenities, floor plans, and selling points.
• Explain lease terms, procedures, and move-in details; process applications and background checks.
• Maintain accurate resident and lease data in property management software; assist with renewals.
• Support marketing efforts through listings and social media; coordinate resident events.
