Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Leasing Associate for a Kansas community. You will manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations, handling leases, tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person) and guiding new residents through move-in procedures.

Qualified candidates will greet prospects, qualify leads, process applications with credit checks, and maintain a strong social media presence to boost visibility and retention. On-site role with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two-year college equivalent.
• Six months to one year related experience or training.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries to schedule tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close sales, prepare move-ins and paperwork.
• Maintain social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and requests.
• Close sales with appointments, tours and follow-ups.
• Use marketing strategies to drive traffic within the marketing plan.
