Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for our properties. You will handle lease signings, showings, and move-ins while maintaining an active social media presence.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, adherence to Fair Housing requirements, and collaboration with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction and timely responses to requests.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent, or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards in our Lead Management Software; assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing.
• Community Manager approval and follow up with applicants on status.
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare move-ins, obtain signatures, and provide orientation.
• Assist in maintaining social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and service requests.
• Close the sale via appointments, tours, show rooms, and timely follow-up.
• Use marketing strategies to drive traffic within budget and plan.
• Present a favorable image of the community to achieve objectives and public recognition.
• Plan resident events and attend after-hours functions as host when needed.
• Complete all paperwork for lease, move-in, and peak-period tasks promptly.
• Attend weekly and daily goal-setting meetings as appropriate.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure prompt response to resident requests.
