Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate in Manor, TX. The role handles leasing, marketing, and resident relations, guiding applicants through applications, credit checks, and move-in paperwork.

You will greet prospects, show apartments, and process leases while maintaining strong community engagement and social media presence. This on-site role requires coordinating with maintenance, following Fair Housing guidelines, and achieving weekly goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits according to procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification and submit for processing.
• Collaborate with the team to show apartments and close leases; prepare move-in paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain an active social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Address resident questions and service requests promptly to retain residents.
• Close sales with appointments, tours, showrooms, and follow-ups as needed.
• Apply marketing strategies within budget to drive traffic and referrals.
• Represent the community positively to support objectives and recognition.
• Plan resident events to boost retention and host after-hours activities as needed.
• Complete lease, move-in, move-out paperwork in a timely manner.
• Attend weekly and daily goal meetings and coordinate with maintenance to handle service requests.
