RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive lease signings, market properties, and nurture positive resident relations on site. You will handle tours, applications, credit checks, and move-in paperwork while coordinating with maintenance and marketing teams.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales skills, and teamwork in a fast-paced property management environment, with a focus on resident satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards; assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close sales; prepare move-in paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and service requests to retain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely resolution of requests.
