Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to oversee leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for an apartment community. You will handle tours, applications, deposits, and move-in paperwork, ensuring Fair Housing compliance and a high-quality resident experience.

You will collaborate with maintenance, manage showrooms, and help promote the property’s online presence. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits, adhering to procedures and Fair Housing.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing.
• Show apartments and close sales; prepare for move-ins and orientation; obtain signatures.
• Maintain an active social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Close sales: make appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, and follow up as needed.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive traffic within budget and plan.
