Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
