RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at our property in Texas. You will handle tours, applications, deposits, and approvals, ensuring a smooth move-in process and strong resident satisfaction.

Collaborate with maintenance and property teams, maintain show rooms, and support social media presence to boost visibility and occupancy. Flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Microsoft Office and Property Management Software proficiency.
• Experience or willingness to learn leasing processes and Fair Housing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects and assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
