Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent certification required.
• At least two years of leasing experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience, leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work well in a team setting and set goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and tour prospects, qualify, determine wants and needs, presenting community and apartments/condos with features and benefits.
• Proactively manage leads, document tours and complete leasing paperwork.
• Ensure all common areas and amenities are well maintained and presentable for tours.
• Walk rent readies and monitor vacancy status to ensure adequate rent-ready units.
• Monitor local market conditions and contribute ideas for marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Answer incoming calls and assist prospects or residents as needed.
• Address resident concerns and respond promptly to requests to maintain satisfaction.
• Receive visits and answer questions about community, repairs, rent, and rules.
• Coordinate maintenance follow-ups and service requests weekly with residents.
