You will greet and tour prospects, qualify needs, present the community and available apartments, and proactively manage leads to meet leasing goals.

The role emphasizes customer service, resident relations, and operations—answer inquiries, maintain a tour-ready presentation, assist with move-ins/outs, and support planning of resident events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospects, qualify needs, and present the community and available apartments.
• Highlight features, amenities, and benefits to support leasing goals.
• Manage leads, document tours, and complete leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Review notices to vacate and strive to retain residents.
• Answer calls and in-person inquiries; address questions and service requests promptly.
• Maintain tour-ready offices and model units; ensure cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Assist with planning and hosting resident events; stay informed on market trends.
