You will handle leasing paperwork, manage leads, answer inquiries, coordinate with maintenance, and contribute to resident satisfaction. Weekend availability is required to align with tour scheduling and community events.

• Greet and tour prospective residents, qualify needs, and professionally present the community and available apartments.
• Highlight apartment features, amenities, and benefits to support leasing goals.
• Proactively manage leads, document tours, and complete leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Review notices to vacate and make every reasonable effort to retain residents.
• Address resident questions and service requests promptly.
• Follow up with residents on completed maintenance requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude and promote goodwill among residents, coworkers, vendors, and contractors.
