Job summary

Comcast is seeking an entry-level broadband installer to perform residential installations, service changes, and troubleshooting at customer locations. You will work with coax, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires physical work, safety awareness, and flexibility for varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Benefits start Day 1, with bonuses and ongoing paid training available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (or certifications if applicable).
• Certifications may be applicable depending on role.
• Relevant work experience in field or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects following safety and company procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from the network to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks using coaxial cable, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi.
• Educate customers on products and how to use equipment; set proper expectations.
• Document completed work and update customer accounts using digital tools.
