Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes and disconnects following safety and codes.
• Diagnose issues from network to customer equipment and resolve them.
• Install and support basic home networks using coax, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi.
• Document completed work and update customer accounts using digital tools.
• Drive a company vehicle and maintain safety and compliance.
