Comcast is hiring an entry-level broadband installer to install and troubleshoot voice, video and data services in customers' homes. You will perform residential installations, diagnose issues, and complete required training and certifications with on-site supervision gradually reducing.

The role involves physical work, flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays, driving a company vehicle, and maintaining safety standards while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certifications may be required for advancement.
• Relevant work experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes and disconnects following safety codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network connection to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks using coax, Ethernet and Wi‑Fi.
• Verify service quality with testing tools and adjust for reliability.
• Educate customers on products and equipment usage and set expectations.
• Document completed work and update customer accounts digitally.
• Maintain tools, vehicle cleanliness, and report safety concerns promptly.
• Drive a company vehicle and uphold safety standards.
