Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/home improvement install projects.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle and resolves questions or changes.
• Manages job processes from area and product category to ensure timely completion and quality checks.
• Supports change of scope requests and uses available reporting tools to track progress.
