Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to guide customers through the install life cycle, perform technical measures, assess conditions, and review work to THD standards.

You will conduct Job Site Inspections, manage scope changes, work with service providers, and help resolve issues to keep projects on time and within budget, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience. Collaborative with district staff to maintain safety and document all project changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: must be eighteen or older; legally allowed to work in the United States; pass pre-employment test if applicable.
• Preferred Qualifications: construction/home improvement industry experience; prior experience managing residential install projects.

Responsibilities

• Customer experience: initiate and maintain communication across the install life-cycle; resolve questions or changes; manage open services.
• Job process management: oversee all jobs in assigned area and product category; conduct JSIs and badge checks; document scope changes.
