Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to guide the customer experience through the full install life cycle. You will perform technical measures, review conditions, and conduct Job Site Inspections to assure quality.

You will manage multiple installations in your area, coordinate with service providers, and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within THD standards. Overnight travel is typically under 10%.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Construction/home improvement industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain communications with customers across the install life-cycle and resolve open questions or changes.
• Manage jobs from area and product category, review pre-existing conditions, and perform technical measures.
• Perform Job Site Inspections (JSIs), badge checks, document scope changes, and ensure install quality and customer satisfaction.
