Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle. You will conduct job site inspections, review conditions, and ensure install work meets THD standards while resolving issues to prevent delays.

You will monitor customer communications, document scope changes, and coordinate with service providers to ensure a smooth install from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in installation management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle and resolve questions or changes.
• Manage all jobs within assigned area, perform inspections, assess conditions, and document scope changes.
• Support operations by addressing inquiries, resolving open services, and ensuring timely project closure.
