Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience across the install life cycle, from pre-job to final sign-off. You will perform technical measures, JSIs, and reviews of workmanship, ensuring THD standards are met.

You will coordinate with service providers, address customer questions, and escalate changes as needed to prevent delays, driving on-time project completion and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in home improvement/install projects.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Construction/home improvement industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains customer communication across the install life-cycle.
• Performs Job Site Inspections (JSIs) and inspections to ensure quality and THD standards.
• Resolves customer issues and coordinates change orders with service providers.
