Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle. You will perform technical measures, assess conditions, and conduct Job Site Inspections to ensure work meets THD standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with service providers, resolving issues, documenting scope changes, and ensuring timely closure of open services within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment test if applicable
• Construction/home improvement industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing residential install projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle, ensures timely follow-up and resolves questions or changes.
• Manages all jobs from area and product category; assesses conditions, performs product affirmations, and conducts JSIs.
• Assists in resolving customer inquiries, drives efficient life-cycle timelines, and uses reporting systems for accuracy.
