Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle. You will conduct JSIs, perform measures, and verify work aligns with THD standards, resolving issues and approving changes as needed.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers, managing job scope changes, and ensuring timely closure of services. Travel is typically less than 10% with a District Installation Manager as direct supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment test if applicable

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers across the install life-cycle to resolve questions and changes.
• Manage the install life-cycle and ensure documentation of scope changes and approvals.
• Support efficient job life-cycle timelines and resolve open services or on-hold jobs.
