Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 25% Customer Experience - Maintains regular communication with customers through the install life-cycle and handles scope changes or questions.
• 60% Job Process Management - Manages all jobs in the area, performs measures and inspections, and ensures quality per THD standards.
• 15% Operations - Addresses inquiries, resolves services, and uses reports to improve install timelines.
