Cable One (Sparklight) seeks a Direct Sales Representative to drive in-home sales and secure recurring revenue from residential prospects. You will identify needs, present solutions, and manage orders and routes to maximize customer interactions.

The role emphasizes independent field work, flexible hours including evenings/weekends, and a focus on achieving sales targets across a residential product portfolio.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of proven sales experience; or 2 years of college; or equivalent combination of sales experience and college education.
• Stable work history.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation/vehicle as required.
• Must have basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct quality face-to-face in-home sales presentations to new Sparklight customers.
• Identify customer needs and match with company products; handle interactions professionally.
• Reconcile daily sales orders with install reports and document orders.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
• Achieve established sales goals and quotas.
• Promote Sparklight residential products and services independently.
• Manage a monthly portfolio of prospects and optimize time and route for face-to-face interactions.
