Job summary

Cable One, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive II to secure new recurring revenue from residential prospects and incremental revenue from existing customers through direct, face‑to‑face visits. You will identify needs, tailor product solutions, and maintain detailed sales order documentation.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to work evenings/weekends, with a focus on meeting quotas and building relationships across territories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of proven sales experience; or 2 years of college; or equivalent combination.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality face to face in-home sales presentations to new customers.
• Identify customer needs and match with company products.
• Reconcile daily sales orders with install reports and document orders.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as directed.
• Achieve established sales goals and quotas.
• Promote the sales of residential products and services.
• Manage a monthly portfolio of prospects and route planning.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
