Job summary

Cable One, Inc. (Sparklight) is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to secure new recurring revenue from residential prospects and incremental revenue from existing customers through in-person visits.

You will conduct face-to-face in-home sales presentations, identify customer needs, and match products while maintaining professional interactions. Responsibilities include reconciling orders, attending trainings, hitting sales quotas, and working independently to maximize your daily route.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year proven sales experience or 2 years of college or equivalent
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Good math and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face in-home sales presentations to new Sparklight customers
• Identify customer needs and match with company products, handling interactions diplomatically
• Reconcile daily sales orders with install reports and keep documentation
• Attend sales meetings and trainings as directed by management
• Achieve established sales goals and quotas
• Work independently to promote Sparklight residential products and services
• Manage a monthly portfolio of prospects and route to maximize face-to-face interactions
