Sparklight, a Cable One brand, seeks a Direct Sales Representative in Arkansas to secure new recurring revenue from residential prospects and incremental revenue from existing customers. You will conduct in-home presentations, identify needs, and manage orders while meeting sales goals and attending training.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and proven sales experience, with strong communication and time-management skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a manual,

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of proven sales experience or equivalent.
• Stable work history and reliable transportation are expected.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct quality face-to-face in-home sales presentations to new Sparklight customers.
• Identify customer needs and match with company products, handling interactions diplomatically.
• Reconcile daily sales orders with install reports and document sales orders.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
• Achieve established sales goals and quotas.
• Promote Sparklight residential products and services independently.
• Manage a monthly portfolio of prospects and route planning for max in-person interactions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
