Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure safety and quality while providing excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of general maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, and own basic tools with a valid driver’s license; on-call work and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ general maintenance experience (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall repair, etc.).
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA certification required.
• Experience repairing residential appliances in customers’ homes is a plus.
• Own basic tools and valid driver’s license required.
