Progress Residential, LLC is seeking a qualified Service Technician III - HVAC to support our single-family rental homes. You will diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC systems, appliances and related equipment while ensuring safety and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for on-call, weekends and evenings. This position offers opportunities for growth within a leading property manager.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of general service and maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification from technical college or trade program preferred; EPA certification required.
• Experience repairing residential appliances in customers’ homes preferred.
• Must have own basic tools and a valid driver’s license.
• Availability for on-call, weekends and evenings.

Mansioni

• Assess and resolve service requests with excellent customer service.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced HVAC issues and repair or replace components.
• Report major repairs prior to expenditure of funds.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with regulations.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
