Job summary

2240 Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking an HVAC technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial equipment. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote services under supervision at the Duluth, GA location.

The role requires EPA certification, HVAC experience, and strong attention to customer satisfaction. Training and advancement opportunities are provided along with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC field experience and technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Deliver and remove parts and equipment necessary to complete service work.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork, including collecting payment where applicable.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide status updates and availability.
