Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC service technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will examine heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, communicate with customers, and ensure high-quality service with accurate documentation.

The role requires EPA safety certifications, a high school diploma or GED, and relevant HVAC training plus 1–2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 1–2+ years of experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Licensing/certification as required by local laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls under general supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems courteously and accurately.
• Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Deliver parts and equipment required to complete service work.
• Record call information on handheld device and complete forms and paperwork neatly.
