Service Experts LLC is seeking an HVAC service technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and ensure high customer satisfaction on every call.

Responsibilities include diagnosing heating and cooling equipment, reading wiring diagrams, and safely handling tools and parts. A valid license and EPA certification are required, with training provided to advance across the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training; 0–2+ years’ experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Diagnose and service heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and prevent callbacks.
• Handle parts delivery and paperwork neatly and timely.
• Promote products and services to customers and assist with replacement leads.
