Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose and service residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote our products and services while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

The role requires EPA certification and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to work in diverse environments and lift heavy loads as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience with technical training required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various environments.

Responsabilités

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally.
• Diagnose and service heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and prevent callbacks.
• Promote products and services to customers and maintain accurate paperwork.
