Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking an HVAC technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, resolve problems, and promote services while working under supervision with the Field Supervisor or GM.

Responsibilities include diagnosing heating and cooling equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose and service HVAC equipment.
• Strong communication with customers and dispatch.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Deliver parts and equipment to complete service work and document all activity.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory; ensure proper paperwork.
